    The Uyiosa Corporation is a technology firm specializing in product development and consulting. We're currently developing several products and we're looking for additional XHTML/CSS-savvy user interface designers to join the team, part-time for now with the option of becoming full-time after the current round of funding is completed. Compensation is in the form of equity and a deferred salary bonus. You will be able to work remotely. The criteria is listed below.     Requirements for the designer position are:

    Passion for writing beautiful, accessible, semantically correct XHTML
    Using CSS for layout and tables
    Nearly God-like ability in CSS and how to make it work flawlessly across Firefox, IE, Safari, and Opera

    Can you define what a deferred salary bonus means?

    Most of me and my fellow demi-gods like to be paid throughout, if not before, the project's lifecycle. Anything else is for mere mortals. I saw another forum posting for summer interns--may not be gods but may be within your budget...
