    This position will be responsible for enhancing the usability of existing websites and translating new requirements into aesthetically pleasing, highly-usable design solutions. This position will work closely with business programs to help identify web product enhancements and new product opportunities, and translate those into requirements and functional designs to be handed off to the web development team. The ideal candidate will be able to lead design from concept through execution of web site.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Knowledge of business analyst or design experience with websites and web applications/architectures
    • Demonstrated knowledge of overall web site design, including usability, user-centered design principles, industry standards, information architecture and navigation
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Visio, Photoshop, ASP.Net, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and Microsoft .Net
    • Excellent communication skills and project and client relationship management skills
