Who else is going and where is everyone staying? Is there a cool kid hotel? I was thinking trying to go with the cheapest/closest option. How is everyone getting up there? Not really feeling the Chinatown Bus -- thinking training-it is the way to go.
Hi all -- I'm in Richmond, VA and have never visited one of your meetings (we have Refresh Richmond here) but I'll be at the FOWD conference. If you'd like to meet up and talk, a bunch of us from Richmond are going.
Hey Rick, I've been following Refresh Richmond for a while (I grew up in Midlothian) from afar. We should definitely meet up at FOWD. Not sure how or where, but we DC folk will try and make ourselves visible.
I probably should have posted this *before* the meetup we just had, but anyway: I will be attending this. I'm actually flying to NYC in the morning and flying back in the evening. Hopefully the planes work out. I gave myself a few hours in the city after the whole day is done so I'm up for dinner if anyone else is too.
I'll be there for both the conference & the workshops. Not sure how much time I'll have after the conference as I'll have husband & kiddo in tow with me. Would be good to see some Refresh folks there though.
