I’ve seen a trend over the past few years for professionals to focus on an area of expertise versus having a limited level of understanding in all of the above. The term “web designer” that encompasses all of these skills has become obsolete.

Do you enjoy design or development as an area of focus?

- If you like design, are you interested in any forms of development?

- If you like development, do you prefer front-end or back-end development?

These questions are also valid with a potential employer. It’s irrational to think that a candidate is a high performer in everything.

In my experience, with job ads like that, the person who wrote the ad just listed all the terms/skills they know of.
I work on my own, but when I have contact people about such postings in the past, often the don't know what the skills/apps they asked for even are, they are just terms they've heard from other people.
