I went to the Borders bookstore over in Baileys Crossroads this evening and picked up a copy of “Practical Web Design” magazine from England. As I’m thumbing through it on page 32, I spot an article about “The Best CSS Sites – Six Great sources for design and coding inspiration”. Third on the list with the following other websites: Stylegala.com, CSSZenGarden.com, ThinkVitamin.com, http://www.dezwozhere.com/links.html, and CSSRemix.com, is http://www.CSSBeauty.com by our very own Alex Giron (website screenshot included).
I hope his bandwidth bill is up-to-date since this magazine is distributed in Europe and the United States. I get mine at either Borders or Barnes and Noble in the Alexandria or Arlington area.
I thought the name of that magazine looks familiar, it's the American-ized version of the fabulous .Net Magazine. At least, that's my understanding of it. Paul Boag is in the process of doing (or already does) a podcast for .Net. He's got a much more thorough explanation of it all on his blog:
Man I wish they'd send me an email when they do that. I had no idea!!! thanks for the heads up. I am in Russia for most of December and January. I will make sure I get a copy when I get back, if not, I'll have to bother you just to see it :D.
jacob I did get the copy, again thanks for the heads up... I've also been informed that cssbeauty made it to the actual .net magazine in last year's august edition.
What about the people that went to Refresh 06 (Cindy, Jason, etc) asking Paul Boag. He does a podcast every month for the Practical Web Design magazine, which has the same publisher as the .NET magazine.
